Hello, my name is Jessica C. Fernandez, and I am honored to serve my community as a personal injury, DUI defense, and traffic law attorney in Tampa, Florida. From a young age, I knew I wanted to help those who need it most. My passion for helping has fueled my legal career every step of the way.

After graduating from law school, I began my career as a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, fighting for those who suffered injuries due to negligence. I then gained invaluable experience as an Insurance Defense litigator, handling multimillion-dollar claims involving wrongful death, semi-truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, drownings, and premises liability.
